President's Welcome
You probably joined the Porsche Club of America to maximize your Porsche ownership experience and to meet some new friends. You've come to the right place. The express purpose of Peachstate Region PCA is fun, friendship, and information, which is the meaning of the three German words inscribed in our logo. You name what you want to do with us: socialize, take fun, short tours, concours, rally, autocross, track, race, learn how to driver better/safely, or just learn more about Porsches. We love doing all that. Find all the events you could possibly want to go to on our Calendar page.
Feel free to contact any of the Board Members if you want to connect with someone in the club who owns your model of Porsche - being in a metropolitan city, we have a lot of different old and new models represented within our membership. A few of us even own some fairly exotic Porsches, including the Carrera GT and racecars such as the 962. Anyway, we'd be happy to connect you with other owners of your model Porsche.
The best way to get involved and connected in the Peachstate Region is pretty simple: 1. Come to one of our Socials to introduce yourself; 2. Join us in the next event of your choice; 3. Volunteer to help out. We are a 100% volunteer run organization, so all the fun we have happens because some folks unselfishly volunteer their time to serve our fellow club members. And quite honestly, those who serve the most also reap the greatest benefit from the club, in part because they get to know so many new friends by working alongside of them in fun, Porsche-related events. Volunteer opportunities exist for every event, usually at any skill level: socials, driving events, website, newsletter, administration, and technical events. See our newsletter the Peachstate Presse for current volunteer opportunities.
Don't be timid or grow tired of introducing yourself - there are a lot of us in the club!
We are genuinely delighted that you want to share your own Porsche passion with us.
Let's go driving,
Andrew Douglas
Region President
