Our first Concours D'Elegance event of the season will be held at the Norcross Lillian Webb Park located in historic downtown Norcross. Registration will be
from 10 am to 1pm with judging to begin afterward. Competition
categories remain the same and awards will be given in both French
(wash and shine) and Full Preparation Concours categories as well as
People's Choice. There is a $15 fee to compete but all are
welcome to come out to spectate at no charge.
Norcross was incorporated in 1870 and has a historic downtown area with
numerous restaurants including a restored train depot that will be
available for dining. The first automobile manufactured south of
the Mason-Dixon line was assembled in Norcross and was known as the NOR
X (go figure!).
Staging an event requires volunteers. If you plan to compete or
wish to assist in other capacities ( registration, judge, timer,
runner) please RSVP to either Co-chair. If competing please
include your auto/year and competition category (Full/French).
