Autocross Classes
New Autocross Class Structure for 2009 forward
For 2009 forward, we are aligning AutoX classes with the classes described in the
Official PCA Parade Competition Rules (PCRs), Section A-9.2. The result will be
fewer classes with more competitors in each class. The intent is to make it more
competitive and thus fun.
Classes were completely changed starting in 2009, so please read below and get the new
class for your car before registration. Also note the change in nomenclature;
class numbers have been replaced with letters to avoid confusion with old
classes.
We continue to have "Ladies'" classes and "Men's" classes which will be indicated
with an "L" or "M" suffix.

Review the rules we use (PCRs, or Parade Competition Rules); you can find
them by going to the Member Services section of the National PCA website: From
our Peachstate website home page via "PCA National"/ "Website" link, then
"Member Services". Once there, click on the "Library/Admin" link at the top of
the page and login with your PCA Member username and password. From the PCA
Documents Library, click on "Parade Competition Rules", then open the PDF
entitled, "2008 PCRs, without Appendices". To see modifications allowed for each
class category, go to section A-2.5. To get the
Suggested Non-Parade
Zone/Region Classing for Medium Sized Regions as shown above, turn to
section A-9.2. Note the classes have in fact been updated for 2009 even though
they are in the 2008 PCRs.
