Autocross Registration Instructions
please read before registering
Overview
  1. Determine your class - Classes from our website
  2. Reserve a number (or review it) - Numbers from our website
  3. Register at www.ClubRegistration.net; Select the car you have previously defined to this website (or define it now), provide the class (using #1 above), and provide your number (from #2 above).

Prepayment / Refunds - One important element of our registration system is prepayment. This speeds up check-in at the event significantly. Our policy is that we will issue refunds or transfer your prepayment to a later autox if something comes up and you can't make the event you registered for. All you need to do is email us (Registrar or Co-chair) within two days after the event and state your wishes.

  1. Cars, numbers and classes
    1. The classes changed completely starting in 2009 - You can change classes during the season by selecting a new class during registration, eg. from a Production to a Showroom Stock class.
    2. Your number goes with you, not the car. (We no longer use the car info associated with your number.)
      1. If you borrow or co-drive another car, or have multiple cars of your own, you still use your same personal number. You associate that number with a specific car during registration on www.ClubRegistration.net. (See below re defining cars to the registration system)
      2. DO NOT use "Reserved Numbers" from the clubregistration.net website for autox. Those are for DEs only. Use the number you reserved on our peachstatepca.org website.
    3. Car information is kept on the registration system (www.ClubRegistration.net).
      1. You can have multiple cars defined to the system. You will select which car you are using each time you register for an event.
      2. You only need one number no matter how many cars you have. You will select your number and class for whichever car you are running in a given event.
  2. First time users of www.ClubRegistration.net - After you have your class and number (see above), log on to www.ClubRegistration.net, select "Sign In" from top bar, then go to "Create Account".
    1. After you enter necessary info, select "Update" box (located lower right)
    2. It may look like nothing happened, but look down near the bottom for a message that "Your profile has been updated".
    3. Then "Add a Vehicle". Select "Update" after you've entered your car info, but it once again may not look like anything happened. In fact, it positioned you to add another vehicle, if you want. Your car just entered will be lower down on your screen.
    4. Now you can go to "Register".
  3. Payment info - Once you've registered, you can pay via PayPal or credit card. Either way you need to select "Pay via PayPal". Once you get into PayPal, it will give you a choice of paying with a credit card or your PayPal account.
  4. Once you're done, you'll see a bunch of confusing data regarding your registration, including that you are unconfirmed. Don't worry about any of that. You will be confirmed once the registrar (one of AutoX Co-chairs) checks your entry and deems everything in order. Your confirmation will be sent via email.

After you determine your class and have a reserved number from our website,
go to www.ClubRegistration.net to register.
