Autocross Permanent Numbers
There are two advantages to permanent numbers: first, of course, is that you can have good-looking, professional magnetic or vinyl numbers made for your car and be assured that you will be able to use them every time you come out. The second is that it makes registration easier when everyone uses a consistent number.
So, to reserve a permanent number, look at the list of reserved numbers below to be sure someone hasn't beaten you to it. If not, send an e-mail to Bob Axt. Include your name and the number you're requesting. NOTE: We no longer keep car and class info along with your number. This is because with our new system you only need one number no matter how many cars you may drive. Your number goes with you. You attach it to a specific car each time you register for an event. That is also when you assign a class to that car. See the new for 2009 class table. You'll need your number and new class when you register on www.ClubRegistration.net. That is also where your car info is kept. (Also note that these numbers are for autocross only; numbers for other events are assigned through separate processes.)
