Targa Newfoundland Racer to Speak at May Meeting
Bob Seville, avid racer and President of the Carolinas Region, will be the Club's guest at the May 12 monthly membership meeting where he will discuss his participation in the Targa Newfoundland, a 2200 kilometer rally for historic, classic and modern sports cars. The annual event features transit sections that follow all rules of the road and "targa" sections that are run at racing speed. Bob will discuss his participation in this unique event and the challenges presented by a week-long race half a continent away.

The May meeting will be held at Kurt's Restaurant, Atlanta's only authentic German restaurant. Kurt's is located on Rivergreen Parkway in Duluth. The evening will featue a special $20 prix fixe menu and a cash bar.

Come on out for chit-chat & dinner. Yes, we do stand up and make announcements and talk about current club events, so it's sort-of a meeting. But mainly, it's just an opportunity to get together for good conversation.

Social time begins around 6:30, and anticipate a 7:30 meeting start time.
