We are excited to announce that David Murry will be our
guest of honor at our "Rennfest" in September!
Most of you will recognize David's name. He is a Peachstate member who also
happens to be a top pro racer. David won pole position in his class at Petite
LeMans last year!
David will be our guest speaker at Saturday's dinner, and has agreed to "coach"
drivers at our autocross event on Sunday. What a great way to pick up some new
autocross "tricks" and beat the socks off your buddies at a future event!

We have lots of Rennfest Good News!
Ruben Ledesma, PCA National Treasurer will join us at this September's
Rennfest. It's always good to have the guy who signs the checks as a friend!
David Murry is coming too! Yes, the same David Murry that drives the GT
40 Ford in the ALMS series, and he's a Peachstate member! David normally coaches
drivers at PCA club races. He's agreed to speak at Saturday's dinner, and coach
drivers at our Autocross the next day. We'll hear some good racing stories, and
catch a few driving tips too.
Brasstown Valley has extended our reservation deadline one more week to August
10. Call them at
800-201-3205 to be sure you get a good room, and print out your Rennfest application at the club website.
We plan a full calendar of Porsche events, but Brasstown Valley Resort also
offers 18 hole golf, riding stables, 2 restaurants, fitness center, sauna, spa,
indoor/outdoor swimming pool, tennis, volley ball, horseshoe pit, and 9 miles of
hiking trails. Near by is Gerogia's highest mountain with rock climbing,
fishing, rafting, and biking. The resort has children's activities too.

here. Entry fee is $125 per person. Brasstown Valley Resort
lodge rooms may be reserved by calling (800) 201-3205 and ask for the Peachstate
Porsche Club/Rennfest special rate of $112 per night.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of entrant's cancellation received by Rennfest Chair
on or before Friday August 13, 2010 will be entitled to a FULL refund. No
refunds will be given after August 13, 2010.
